Class registration and refund policies (2.5 hour classes)
Tuition
- The tuition is $40 (US Dollars) per class (unless otherwise stated).
Registration
- Preregistration is required.
- Space is limited in most classes. Please contact us at Anne@AnneReith.com or (714) 599-0017 to find out if room is available.
Payment Options
- IMPART uses PayPal as our method of invoicing or for processing payments made with a credit card provided over the phone.
- Payment through the website is NOT available.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are permitted.
- Tuition cannot typically be rolled over or transferred to another class or date.

Refund Policy
We realize that circumstances beyond your control or personal choice may result in your desire to withdraw from a course/workshop for which you have previously registered. If tuition was received in advance of the course/workshop, then:
- For a multipart course, your request for a refund must be received by email or phone by the first date of the multipart course.
- For a 1-time workshop, your request for a refund must be received by email or phone at least three weeks (21 days) prior to the workshop
Refunds Through PayPal
IMPART uses PayPal as our method of invoicing or for processing payments made with a credit card provided over the phone. If your method of payment was PayPal and a refund is approved, then the refunded amount will consist of the total that was charged minus the PayPal merchant fees. Also, an administrative fee may be charged for certain courses/workshops.
Roll Over Policy
No refunds are typically approved less than three weeks (21 days) before the start of a course/workshop. However, if verifiable extenuating circumstances exist, then a 1-time exception may be approved.
If an exception is granted, the following policies will be in effect:
- The student’s tuition for the course/workshop will be “rolled over” to the same course/workshop on a later date. The student’s tuition cannot be used to pay for Anne’s services, IMPART products, or a different class, workshop, or course.
- If the tuition rate has increased for the course/workshop since the time that the roll over was approved, then the student agrees to pay the difference.
- Once the same course/workshop is scheduled on a date acceptable to the student, then the student will need to confirm in writing their intent to take the new course/workshop.
- Once confirmation is received in writing, then any request to withdraw from the new course/workshop must be received at least 21 days in advance of the new course/workshop. If received 21 days or more in advance, then the tuition will be rolled over 1 more time to the same course/workshop on a later date. A refund will not be granted.
- If a request to withdraw from the new course/workshop is received less than 21 days in advance, then the option to roll over the tuition will not be granted again and the student will forfeit their tuition.
- If the student has been approved for a second roll over of their tuition and the student requests in writing to withdraw from the course/workshop, then the tuition is forfeited regardless of how far in advance the withdrawal request is received.
Exceptions to Roll Over Policy
- A roll over of tuition will not be automatically approved if (a) a student cancels less than 7 days in advance of the course/workshop, (b) the student is enrolled in a course/workshop that is sold out, and (c) IMPART is unable to find someone to fill the seat in the course/workshop.
- At her discretion, Anne may choose to no longer teach a course/workshop that is currently being offered through IMPART. If this happens and a student has been previously approved for a roll over of their tuition for a discontinued course/workshop, then the student can apply the tuition to either (a) another course/workshop currently being offered through IMPART or (b) if available, the online equivalent of the course/workshop (i.e., downloadable eBook & video). If the student cannot find an acceptable alternative course/workshop or isn’t interested in the online version of the course/workshop, then the student will forfeit their roll over tuition.
Astrology courses and weekend workshops payment plan policies
Payment plans are offered for certain course/workshops.

Astrology Course Payment Plans
- Payment plan amounts are predetermined by IMPART and will be provided upon request. Alternative payment amounts cannot be negotiated.
- The dates for payments are set in advance.
- The first payment must be made before the first meeting of the course.
- Registration in the course is not confirmed until:
- The first payment is received.
- The student has provided credit card information and authorization so we can run the card on the scheduled payment dates.
- If a credit card is no longer active at the time that a payment was authorized, then the student will be contacted and is responsible for providing IMPART with a viable credit card immediately.
- If the student fails to make a scheduled payment, then they will be dropped from the course. Any amount that has been paid will be rolled-over to a future course (see Roll Over Policy explained in previous section).
- NOTE: Tuition must be used for the same course and cannot be applied to Anne’s services, IMPART products, or a different class, workshop, or course.
- If the student wants to withdraw less than 21 days before the first meeting of the course, then see the previous section regarding the Roll Over Policy.
- If the student withdraws 21 days or more before the first meeting of the course, then see previous section regarding Refund Policies.
Weekend Workshop Payment Plans
- Payment plan amounts are predetermined by IMPART and will be provided upon request. Alternative payment amounts cannot be negotiated.
- The student is allowed to select the dates on which the payments are to be made.
- All payments must be made before the workshop meets.
- If the workshop meets on a Saturday or Sunday, then the final payment must be made by the Friday before the workshop meets.
- Registration in the workshop is not confirmed until:
- The student has provided all of the dates on which payments will be made.
- The student has provided credit card information and authorization so we can run the card on the scheduled payment dates.
- If a credit card is no longer active at the time that a payment was authorized, then the student will be contacted and is responsible for providing IMPART with a viable credit card immediately.
- If the student fails to make a scheduled payment, then they will be dropped from the workshop. Any amount that has been paid will be rolled-over to a future meeting of that workshop (see Roll Over Policy explained in previous section).

- If the student wants to withdraw less than 21 days before the workshop, then see the previous section regarding the Roll Over Policy.
- If the student withdraws 21 days or more before the date of the workshop, then see previous section regarding Refund Policies.

Cancellation policy for classes, workshops, or courses
Classes, workshops, and courses may occasionally have to be canceled by IMPART due to with insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or events beyond our control.
When this occurs:
- Students who have previously enrolled will be notified as far in advance as possible by email and/or phone.
- All registrants will receive a full refund of their tuition.
