What Policies and Procedures Do You Need to Know About for Sessions with Anne?

Policies regarding communication
Because we use email as our primary mode of communication, it is critical that you notify us if your email address changes.
Although we will gather your phone number, it will only be used if we need to reach you on short notice.
We cannot be responsible for lack of communication if we do not have a working email address and/or phone number.
Policies for ALL sessions
The following policies apply to ALL sessions with Anne (i.e., training sessions, mentoring sessions):
- You must be 18 years old to schedule an appointment with Anne. If you are under 18, then we will need to arrange for 1 of the following:
- Written permission provided by your parent or legal guardian.
- Arranging to have your parent or legal guardian attend the virtual session with you.
- If you are NOT located in the Pacific Time Zone:
- Please be sure to check for time zone differences when scheduling your appointment. (NOTE: Click here for time zone converter.)
- Although we will do our best to accommodate time zone differences, please understand that Anne’s appointment times are limited.
- It is important to refrain from using alcohol or other drugs within a few hours before and/or during your appointment. Participating in your session when under the influence of alcohol or other drugs will result in:
- Termination of the session.
- A refund will NOT be issued.
Wait list policies and procedures
Due to the popularity of her services, we occasionally need to implement a wait list. If this happens, then we ask for your understanding and patience.
NOTE: Those on the wait list will be contacted in the order in which the requests are received.
Scheduling policies and procedures
The following scheduling policies and procedures will be used:
- After we received your “Interested Form”:
- We will send you an email that will provide you with payment options. (NOTE: Your appointment will not be scheduled until payment has been received in full.)
- You will have 5 working days to (a) confirm your interest and (b) make payment in full.
- If you do not confirm your interest and/or make payment in full within 5 working days, then your name will be removed from the “Interested List.” You are free to contact us at a later date and request a session; however, if there is a wait list being used at that time, then you will be added to the wait list as of the date your new request is received.
- Once payment in full has been received:
- We will provide you with possible appointment dates and times.
- You will have 5 working days to confirm your booking in writing.
- If you do not confirm your booking within 5 working days, then your name and payment will be placed back on the “Interested List.” At that point, you can decide whether you want to (a) start the scheduling process again OR (b) request a refund. Payment policies
The following payment policies apply to ALL sessions with Anne:
- Payment in full and in advance is required before your appointment will be scheduled.
- IMPART uses PayPal to process all payments. Payment options include either (a) paying directly by accessing our PayPal account, (b) requesting that we send you a PayPal invoice, or (c) providing credit card information and requesting that IMPART process the payment through PayPal.
- If a refund is approved, please see the information about refunds through PayPal.
NOTE: All prices listed on this website are in U.S. dollars.
Special payment policies for training and mentoring sessions
When scheduling training and mentoring sessions, we will ask you to indicate how much time you would like to spend with Anne (e.g., 15 minutes, 25 minutes, 50 minutes).
However, we recognize that this is an estimation and that the time needed to cover your topic(s) might be MORE THAN or LESS THAN your estimation.
If the time you estimated differs, the following policies and procedures will be implemented:
- If the session length that you estimated is MORE THAN the time that was needed (e.g., you scheduled 75 minutes, but Anne covered your questions in 50 minutes), then you have the following options:
- You can let us know that you’d like to “roll over” the amount of the difference between the two session fees. When you are ready, you can apply that amount toward another session with Anne. (NOTE: Click here to review our roll over policies.)
- You can request a refund of the difference between the two session fees.
- If the session length that you estimated is LESS THAN the time that was needed (e.g., you scheduled 50 minutes, but Anne will need more time to cover the topic(s) and answer your questions), then Anne will ask if you want to schedule another appointment. If you wish to do so, then we will contact you to set up another appointment at the earliest possible date/time.
Rescheduling, refund, roll over, and no show policies
RESCHEDULING POLICIES
The following rescheduling policies will be applied for ALL sessions with Anne:
- In order to reschedule and not forfeit your session fee, you MUST notify us in writing more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment (Pacific Time).
- If your request to reschedule your appointment is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment (Pacific Time), then you can either:
- Roll your fee over to another scheduled appointment. (NOTE: Click here to review our roll over policies.)
- Forfeit your session fee.
REFUND POLICIES
The following refund policies will be applied for ALL sessions with Anne:
- In order to cancel your session and receive a full refund, your request must be received in writing more than 48 hours (Pacific Time) in advance of your scheduled appointment.
- NOTE: If you elected to use PayPal to pay for your session and a refund is approved, please see the information about refunds through PayPal.
- You may request a refund if you prepaid for a session but never completed the scheduling process.
- NOTE: If you elected to use PayPal to pay for your session and a refund is approved, please see the information about refunds through PayPal.
- You may request a refund if the training or mentoring session length that you estimated was MORE THAN the time that was needed. For example, if you scheduled a 75-minutes session ($225) but Anne only needed 50 minutes ($175) to cover the topic(s) and answer your questions, then you can EITHER (a) request a refund of the difference between the session prices OR (b) you can ask us to roll-over the difference to another session.

- No refunds are issued for no shows. (NOTE: Click here to review no show policies.)
REFUND POLICIES THROUGH PAYPAL
IMPART uses PayPal to process all session fees. If you agree to pay for a session and a refund is approved, then the refunded amount will consist of the total that was charged minus the PayPal merchant fees.
1-TIME ROLL OVER POLICIES
Roll overs will be approved in the following situations:
- If your request to reschedule or cancel your appointment is received less than 48 hours (Pacific Time) in advance of your appointment, then no refund will be issued. However, you are free to roll your payment over to another session.
- You may request a roll-over if the training or mentoring session length that you estimated was MORE THAN the time that was needed. For example, if you scheduled a 75-minutes session ($225) but Anne only needed 50 minutes ($175) to cover the topic(s) and answer your questions, then you can EITHER (a) you can ask us to roll-over the difference to another session OR (b) request a refund of the difference between the session prices.
- NOTE: If you choose to receive a refund and you elected to use PayPal to pay for your session, please see the information about refunds through PayPal.
If a roll over is approved, then the following roll over policies will be used:
- You can apply your session payment to (a) the same type of session or (b) a different type of session.
- You cannot use your session fee to pay for (a) an IMPART class or (b) IMPART’s online products.
- If you want to apply your roll over fee to the SAME type of session but the session rate has increased since the time that the roll over was approved, then you agree to pay the difference.
- If you want to apply your roll over fee to a DIFFERENT type of session and the fee for the new session type is different than the amount you originally paid, then:
- If the fee is HIGHER for the new type of session, then you agree to pay the difference.
- If the fee is LOWER for the new type of session, then you understand a partial refund will NOT be issued.
- Once an appointment time becomes available, then the scheduling policies and procedures described above will be applied.
- Once you provide written confirmation of your new appointment time, then the session fee will be rolled over 1 time.
- If you (a) request to cancel the new appointment less than 48 hours (Pacific Time) in advance or (b) you no show to the new appointment, then:
- The option to roll over the session fee a 2nd time will not be granted.
- You will forfeit your session fee.
EXCEPTION TO ROLL OVER POLICIES
At her discretion, Anne may choose to no longer offer a specific type of session. If this happens and you have previously been approved for a roll over of your session fee, then EITHER:
- You can choose to apply your session fee to a different type of session that is still being offered by Anne.
- You will be provided with other alternatives (e.g., applying your fee to online products or IMPART classes that are currently available).
NO SHOW POLICIES
Appointments missed with no advanced notification are considered “no shows.”
The following policies will be used with no shows.
- Your session fee will be forfeited.
- In order to book another session with Anne, you will need to pay again.
- If you decide to schedule another appointment and then do not show a second time, you will NOT be permitted to book a session with Anne again.
Cancellation policies
Anne has the right to terminate a session that is “in process” for any reason. If this happens, an appropriate refund will be issued.
- EXCEPTION: Click here for policy regarding the use of alcohol or other drugs before or during a session.
In the unlikely event that Anne has to cancel your session in advance for personal reasons, then the following policies will be in place:
- We will contact you by email and/or by phone and as far in advance as possible.
- You will be given the option to EITHER:
- Reschedule your session at the soonest available date and time.
- Receive a full refund.
Privacy and confidentiality
Any and all information that is collected from you will be respected and kept strictly confidential. It will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed without your written consent. For those receiving training or mentoring in astrological skills, this includes the birth information used to create your chart. (NOTE: Click here to read IMPART’s full Privacy Policy.)
Any information that you disclose to Anne will be held with the utmost care and confidence. Private information or details about your session will never be shared with anyone without your written consent or by legal order.
LIMITS TO CONFIDENTIALITY
Anne is a Psychologist and Non-denominational Minister and, therefore, falls under California’s mandatory reporting laws. Although there are other situations that might trigger reporting laws, Anne would be legally required to contact appropriate authorities under any of the following situations:
- Threats of bodily self-harm.
- Threats of grave disability or serious physical harm to another.
- When there is reasonable suspicion of child abuse, elder abuse, or dependent adult abuse.

Anne is dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and compassionate services. She follows IMPART’s Code of Ethics.
The following stipulations apply to ALL sessions with Anne:
- None of Anne’s services are intended to replace (a) appropriate medical or mental health care, (b) professional legal advice, or (c) professional financial advice.
- If Dr. Anne shares any psychic or mediumship information, this is for “entertainment purposes only.”
- You are solely responsible for all the decisions made based on any information or perceived advice given by Anne. What you decide to do with the information that is given to you, including any actions you take, is up to your own personal responsibility and choice.
- Anne and IMPART do not assume any liability for actions taken by you that result in loss or damage to you or any other entity as a result of the information given or the service provided.
