Past Lives 101 Class and Past Life Regression!

Come learn about your past lives and how they may be influencing your present lifetime!

Did you know that there are often “themes” to our past lives that can give us insights into what we are here to learn in our present lifetime? Or did you know that you often reincarnate with the same souls over and over again?

During this insightful and powerful workshop, Dr. Anne will cover many of the theories surrounding past lives. She will also explain that we are only given information about a past life if it will help us understand something about our present lifetime.

Toward the end of the class, Anne will take participants through a special guided meditation that is designed to give you insights into at least one past life. This may include meeting souls that are in both your current and past lifetime. You may even be given a special gift of a glimpse into a possible future lifetime!

NOTE: You can purchase an audio recording of Anne’s Past Lives Guided Meditation/Regression from this class. This recording ONLY includes the regression and does not include the lecture.

Past Lives 101 class objectives

During this 2.5 hour class, some of the topics will include:

Theories about reincarnation
Who we reincarnate with, including the idea of soul groups
The potential benefits of exploring past lives
Techniques you can use to explore your own past lives
“Nice” versus “not-so-nice” lives
Issues specific to “light workers” and “star people”
Which past lives will be revealed to us and when

Dr. Anne will also take you through a guided meditation designed to help you explore at least one past life.

When this class is taught in-person, you are invited to bring a blanket and pillow if you would like to lie down during the past life regression. However, you can only do this if you promise not to fall asleep and snore.

Registration information for Past Lives 101 class

Although this 2.5-hour Past Lives 101 class is currently “on hold,” Dr. Anne has resumed teaching her monthly Psychic Development class (2nd Tuesday of the month) and her Mediumship class (4th Tuesday of the month). These classes touch on many of the topics that are discussed in more depth during the lecture portion of the Past Lives 101 class.

Each class includes a short lecture, handouts, guided meditation, time to practice your new skills, and a question and answer period. They meet through Zoom from 7:00-9:30 p.m. (Pacific Time). The tuition is $40 (US Dollars) per class. (NOTES: Appropriate for beginning, intermediate, and advanced students. New students are welcome at anytime. Space is limited. Preregistration is required.)

NOTES:

Anne developed the 2.5-hour Past Lives 101 workshop in order to provide more comprehensive, in depth information and to provide a guided meditation/regression designed to help students explore their past lives.
This 2.5-hour Past Lives 101 class may be offered again in the future. However, it has been recorded, and Dr. Anne plans to offer it as an online product very soon.
